Check listing, rating, efficiency, and certification documents for the exact model and target market.
The English site does not treat Chinese, European, Korean, Brazilian, or Saudi certifications as substitutes for project-level United States requirements. Any detail involving UL, ETL, AMCA, HVI, ENERGY STAR, NRTL listing, or state-specific efficiency databases should be checked against the relevant model documents before quoting or submittal use.
Certification documents
Status labels describe the evidence available, not product badges.

| Not applicable | The reference is not relevant to that product type or request. | Explain that the reference is outside the product requirement. |
| Hold for documents | The unsupported detail should stay out of published product copy until the document issue is resolved. | Keep the detail out of the equipment family page. |
